Founder, In Our Arms
Juli Henderson is a special needs advocate, public speaker, vocal instructor, and owner of JH Voice Studio, LLC. She is the founder of the blog, “In Our Arms,” her passion project launched in 2021, which shares the story of her late son, Robert. As the mother of a child with a rare CHD2 epileptic encephalopathy and mitochondrial disease diagnosis who passed away at the tender age of eighteen, Henderson’s writings give hope to thousands of readers. She founded a private Facebook group in 2021 where individuals, families, and caregivers share resources and find support. She personally knows the need for and value of such assets and has served as a longstanding nonprofit board member representing those living with disabilities.Henderson holds a bachelor of arts degree in vocal performance from Oral Roberts University. Currently residing in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband of forty-three years, Henderson cherishes her close relationships with their four adult children, grandson, and celebrates the legacy of their late son, Robert.
